Why #LifelongLearning?

Lifelong learning is an essential attitude and process for employees and employers to be able to take advantage of the opportunities of the future. The #LifelongLearning campaign aims to promote this mindset and inspire the Swiss population and employers.

Digital transformation and professional uncertainties challenge employees and companies. Lifelong learning is the chance to stay competent today and in the future and to help shape change. Those who have the openness to learn throughout their lives stay competent and increase their possible options for their personal career.

The campaign on lifelong learning run by digitalswitzerland and the Swiss Employers’ Association (SAV)  is aimed at the Swiss population and economy. With more than 100 inspiring stories from all over Switzerland, the campaign aims to highlight the opportunities of lifelong learning and awaken the desire of Swiss people to invest in the development of their skills.

In addition to the stories and case studies, weiterbildung.swiss also offers a comprehensive range of courses, including those to develop digital skills. weiterbildung.swiss is the comprehensive and transparent course platform of the Swiss Federation for Continuing Education (FSEA/SVEB). Here you will find the Lifelong Learning that is right for you.
